Guest Terms and Conditions. 

Thank you for considering one of our beautiful properties for your holiday. Please be aware of the following terms and conditions, as booking this property automatically states that you understand and agree to adhere to them.

ARRIVALS – Keys for this property are to be collected from our Dromana Office on the day of Check-in, unless otherwise arranged before the confirmed date of arrival. If keys are unavailable to pick up from the office, the guests will be sent information on how to access them.

SECURITY BOND – A Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form is required to be filled out with accurate information by the person who books the property prior to receiving the keys to the property. This form requests valid credit card details to be filled out in case of a breach in terms and conditions.

The Security Bond can be charged for the following, but not limited to;

-      Excess rubbish left on the property

-      Damage or breakages to the property

-      Lost, soiled, damaged or stolen linen

-      Excess cleaning required

-      Loss of keys or remotes

-      Loss of belongings within the property

-      Excessive guests

GUESTS –Under no circumstances are functions, events, or parties to be carried out at the property. The person who books the property is entirely responsible and accountable for the individual guests residing in the property. It is their responsibility to ensure each person agrees and understands these terms and conditions also.

Guest numbers must be stated in the confirmation of booking, and must not be exceeded during stay. If excessive amounts of guests have been residing in the property, the guest will be subject to forfeiting any security bond given to Air2Air Management & Consultancy from the nominated credit card on the Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form, as stated in the Security Bond section.

MAINTENANCE – Any and all issues must be reported with-in 24 hours of arrival to the property. If Air2Air Management and Consultancy deem any maintenance, cleaning or repairs necessary, an appropriately fitted professional will be organised to tend during the occupancy of the property. If the guest is found responsible for any maintenance issues, the nominated credit card on the Security Pre-Authorisation

PERSONAL ITEMS – Air2Air Management & Consultancy does not take responsibility for any personal possessions left on the property after departure. Any items left behind will be held for 14 days. If you do not contact us regarding any lost items they will be disposed of after the 14-day period. At the guest’s expense, the item can be shipped or posted.

CLEANLINESS – If the property is deemed to be unclean, the guest must report immediately to the Air2Air Management & Consultancy team. Any and all issues must be reported with-in 24 hours of arrival to the property.

The guests are responsible to leave the property in a similar state it was left prior to the date of arrival. This includes the removal of foods, rubbish and personal items. If excess cleaning may be required after departure, a fee of $40 per hour will be deducted from the nominated credit card on the Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form, as stated in the Security Bond section.

LINEN SERVICES – Unless otherwise arranged prior to the date of arrival, all sheets and towels are provided for the number of guests stated in the confirmation. If certain sleeping arrangements must be met, please ensure this is stated in the booking confirmation. Any soiled, missing or damaged linen will be replaced at the cost of the guest, which will be deducted from the nominated credit card on the Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form, as stated in the Security Bond Section.

KEYS – It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure the safe keeping of all keys and remotes. Guests are subject to be charged from the nominated credit card on the Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form, as stated in the Security Bond Section. Lost or damaged keys will incur a fee of $25. Lost or damaged remotes are subject to cost of replacement or repair.

RUBBISH – General garbage is collected once per week and recycling is collected every second week. Please ensure rubbish bin is placed on the curb on collection date, otherwise on the morning of departure.

Monday – Portsea, Sorrento, Blairgowrie, Rye
Tuesday – Tootgarook, Rosebud West, Rosebud, McCrae, Dromana
Wednesday – McCrae, Dromana, Safety Beach

Excess rubbish left around the curb will not be collected by the garbage collectors. It is the guest’s responsibility to remove all excess rubbish and to take the rubbish bins out to the curb to be collected. You can take your excess rubbish to the local tip on Truemans Road, Tootgarook. If excess rubbish is found after your departure, a fee of $50 per bag will be charged to your nominated credit card on the Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form, as stated in the Security Bond Section.

SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted inside any of the properties managed by Air2Air Management & Consultancy. If excessive cleaning is required due to evidence found of smoking inside the property, or incorrect disposal of cigarette butts, a fee of $60 will be charged to your nominated credit card on the Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form, as stated in the Security Bond Section.

DAMAGES – The guest is responsible for any damages, breakages or loss during the time of occupancy. The cost of repair along with an additional maintenance fee of $100 will be charged to your nominated credit card on the Security Bond Pre-Authorisation form, as stated in the Security Bond Section.

DEPARTURES – All guests must depart from the property at 10am unless otherwise arranged before the confirmed date of arrival. Late departures will result in a $50 fee, which will be charged per hour over the departure time to the guest. In case of medical or emergency reasons, an official document must be provided to prove reason of late departure.
